It was a very friendly and easy-to-go environment. It has many ways to improve our talent and guide us with career growth. I got to meet some really good people/teammates who cordially took care in every situation. Even though we had to work as per shifts, I never faced any problem personally or professionally. There’s nothing I dislike about the company, but just that I could not find growth in the project. Also the internal project movement (to change domain) was not that easy because of project requirements. As a fresher being in SD should do well, but then being a CSE graduate having to continue in the same position for 2+ years is what made me feel bad and discouraging. I was working in SD, which was dealing with a canadian retail store. The work was quite interesting, as we had to solve different issues each day. However it would get hectic at times which was manageable.

I had been worked in cognizant for almost 2.9 years. Overall it was good to work with cognizant , up and downs were there but during my bench period I learned too many technologies that help me to grow in personal and professional growth thankful that cognizant have free Udemy access however each and everyone can learn the new technologies.

In my first 2 years this company was great, but when a lead snatching all of his colleagues from previous organization to here to make some inner political barrier, then things start getting out of hand
