There is nothing to like about this Grassroots BPO. As they are one of the worst company I have seen in my entire career.

As there is nothing to like everything is dislike about this company. They pay you on time. No hike in this company and they say they provide Cab but no cab and no petrol allowance it's on your own you have to travel. Even if your life at risk because of them they really don't care. And they will ask you to work night shift and theysay they will tell you about night shift allowance. But you will have wait until you die to get that amount that means you won't get any allowance. They deduct money from salary and they don't return you back. So joining this company is simply waste....Read More
