There is nothing to like..the work culture is pathetic and don't expect your salary work for free because they are not giving salary on time and even they stop your salary make scene..no job security..it's not a company it's (kotha).

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
