Senior Partner Sunil Gonsalves is very cool. very helpful. listens to staff issues and solves them without losing temper. likes to get work done before due date and allows us to relax after the due dates

Dislikes

Junior Partner Gaver Lobo is arrogant. No concern for employees. comes late all days in a year, but when the due dates are close forces staff to wait till beyond midnight. Moody and temperamental. loves abusing staff and students. No patience

I like the work culture and the partners in the firm are very good towards the staff and clients. Also staff can take leave whenever they want.

Dislikes

I did not like the pay, and those who are at junior level doesn't get to learn what they want. All the work that the teams have to do is taught by boss to only the senior staff. Junior staff have to learn on their own as some senior staff doesn't want the junior staff to learn how to do the alloted work from them

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. i love the fact that i am a part of a team that analysis the various financial factors of clients from various part of the state. as a result i got a very good job experience as well as job satisfaction .
