They provided food and shelter for free. I learned to work independently because they didn't provide any training to me at all.

Dislikes

I dislike everything about the company because they never stand by their words, and never stick to the rules as rules are in their hands which will change as per their mood. They recruited me on the condition that 3 months would be an internship with a 25k salary and then based on performance they provide hike of 6 lakhs, but nothing happened as per the JD, no hike was given and upon that, a 5k was deducted from my salary because the company has no funds. So much politics and no transparency with the employees. I cleared my internship and I was selected as a permanent employee but after 5 months I resigned from the company and they provided an internship certificate but not the experience certificate. Bad work culture and no structure for the company. It's a crime to ask for office timings because they expect us to work 24/7....Read More
