Nothing one of the worst company in my carrier. 1. To much invoment of CEO in very small matters.. 2. No job security they will lay off you within 1 day. Offical notice period is 90 days but they can fire the employee in 1 day by saying performance issues. They have done this with more then 100 employees.. 3. Aprasial cycle is from April to March but you will get the salary and arriars in December 7-8 months late . So technically apraisals are once in 2 years and hardly 1-2% 4. They will add variable pay in your salary but they never pay any one the bonus component. 5. No updation of skills. 6. They will may your life miserable once you resign. 7. Bad reviews are given during background verification once the employee leaves the company. Many ex employee have filed cases against the company. 8. No policies. Policies changes on case to case basis for each employee depending on the scenario. 9. All policies are employer oriented. 10. Beware and be far from this company. 1. *Poor Management*: The CEO's leadership style was not effective, and they often interfered in minor tasks. 2. *Lack of Autonomy*: The HR Manager seemed to lack independence, often mirroring the CEO's views. 3. *Unprofessional Sales Team*: The Sales VP came across as arrogant and detached from reality. 4. *Finance Team's Unreasonab le Expectations*: The finance team prioritized filling timesheets over meaningful work. 5<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. *Delayed and Inadequate Appraisals*: Appraisals were infrequent, with minimal salary hikes</mark>. 6. *Lack of Transparency*: Performance bonuses and variable pay were promised but rarely delivered. 7. *Fear-Based Work Environment*: Criticizing the CEO or VP could lead to immediate termination. 8. *High Turnover Rate*: Every six months, employees were put on Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and eventually let go. 9. *Unfulfilled Promises*: Salary matches were promised but later used as a reason for termination. 10. *Stagnant Company Growth*: The company has shown no significant growth in 17 years. 11. *Forced Team-Building Activities*: Employees were compelled to participate in unproductive team-building exercises. 12. *Invasive Work Culture*: Cameras were required to be on during calls, invading employees' privacy. 13. *Frustrated Workforce*: Employees were either frustrated or resigned to the company's toxic culture. 14. *Poor Office Ambiance*: The office environment was uninviting and outdated. 15. *Misleading Resignation Process*: Exiting employees were misled with promises of future opportunities.
