Only cab facility is good at Globallogic.
Too much partiality is shown. If you are favorable to the manager, then lucky for you! For female employees can not even get a leave if they are having health problems. They would just say "even I get health issues but I'm still coming to office".. Team lead are showing very much partially among the employees.This is the main reason for my resignation.

I didn’t like, company gives false commitments to their employee. 3 years wasted of my life. After 3 years we just got 5% appraisal. Even after putting paper company didn’t think to retain the employee who really woked hard to success the project.

One area I find less satisfying at GlobalLogic is the appraisal and salary structure. While the work and learning opportunities are great, the compensation sometimes doesn’t feel fully aligned with the effort and responsibility involved. A more competitive salary and clearer appraisal process would be motivating and could enhance overall job satisfaction.

A toxic work environment due to unreasonable phone policy. I have been an employee at the globalLogic and while the company provides an opportunity to work on diverse project, the current workplace environment has become increasingly toxic due to unreasonable privacy enforced by the management. Recently, the company introduced a policy where employees are required to lock their phones in the locker during working hours. This decision has caused immense distress, especially for those of us, who are living away from our families. Many employees, including Myself, have moved to this city for work and our phones are often the only means to stay connected with the loved ones. In the era, where emergencies can arrive any time, having our primary source of communication taken away feels not only inconsiderate, but also unsafe. What if there is an emergency and our families need to contact us urgently? With no access to our phones, this policy put unnecessary stress on the employees, knowing that they are unreachable to their loved ones most of the day. While I understand the need for discipline and focus during work hours, there should be a more balanced approach that doesn’t compromise the personal well-being and peace of mind of the employees. This policy is contributing to a toxic environment where employees feel like their personal concerns are being overlooked .
