Compensation is avarage as per work pressure and growth is very slow. I have to attend field staff calls in the evening, early morning and some times into late night. Also there is no on-job trainning for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by steps.

Work Details

As I am location head and handling team for entier West Bengal to prevent fraudulent activity of banking and insurance related field, my work is challenging. We have to check all applications properly which are submitted by applicant.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
