There is no work ethic, if you are joining as a fresher then you are on your own. In the starting, there will be a training period, where they will check you handle the task or not, were you able to do it or not. There is no statement, no paperwork to assure you that you are part of the system. The task will be provided to you, either in the mail or on google hangout. No physical ID is really created. They will just provide you the task that you have to do in a given time whether you are already doing the urgent task in between or the feedback one. And you will only contact the manager, as the task is individually given, you don't get to know how to perform evenly in the system...Read More

I work as an Associate Software Engineer, basically, here work is on simulation software like MatLab, Arena, Lisrel, ArcGIS, proteus, Atmel, etc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
