Load of work is less.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

You get hired for one profile but end up doing household chores for the boss. This is not an organisation but a shop where the owner pays you on his whims. You don't get a mastery in any skill set. The owner also keeps your salary and you cannot do anything about it as he lives abroad.
