Found some of the best colleagues to work with Company does allow Hybrid work but there is no structure to it.. for some it is easy to work hybrid and some end up coming to office everyday Fixed Component is high and Variable is proportionately low across level which means good in hand income and the bonus payout is good too

Not many tax saving components at lower levels No focus on skill development and trainings Need to focus on new age benefits

No job security. They will fire you whenever they want or change your department as per their need. Shift within the organisation is done without your consent. Alot of office politics. People at higher position do as they please. They are very unprofessional when it comes to employees communication Sanitation of washroom comes last and not cleaned properly as it stinks.

Glenmark has an old school vibe. The work life balance is very good. The senior management is very approachable. The compensation package offered here is above the industry standards.

Dislikes

Still many of the processes are on paper. People don't respond to your emails or pings generally, you need to call the person or physically walk up to the person if you're in urgency. Escalations on people's behaviour doesn't consider.
