Job Description
1.To ensure IPQA activities are carried out as per procedure at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar site.
2.To ensure line clearance of area and equipment before commencement of sampling /dispensing, manufacturing and packing operation, including cleanliness verification as a part of line clearance at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar site.
3.To review of executed Batch production for its completeness, Accuracy ,reliability and complete Batch certification for batch release.
4.To ensure SAP entries for In-process, Release of Inspection lot of SFG, Physical sampling confirmation, Approval of BPR for printing, Additional page issuance, Approval of extra material Issuance & Return Request and QA related transactions.
5.Review of Annual product quality review/ CPV reports.
6.To review Critical process parameters entered concurrently during review of batch record.
7.To approve the Material Master request in Glenmark Gyan.
8.To evaluate and review for change control, Incident and Deviation, Market complaint, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) at site.
9.Risk identification, assessment, evaluation, mitigation activity involves at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar site.
10.Responsible for approval of Batch production records in Open text.
11.Imparting training to concern personnel on revised or newly introduced procedure.
12.To review and approve Master Batch Production Record and Executed Batch Production Record.
13.To prepare various documents as per requirement in M.S. office.
14.To perform GMP activities like initiation, review, approval of QMS in SAP system/ Trackwise, open Text, Glenmark Gyan.
15.Handling and review of technology transfer of product manufacturing documents at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Site.
16.To review of process validation, cleaning validation, hold time study protocol and reports.
17.Responsible for preparation, review and approval of Standard Operating Procedure prepared and management of document.
18.To ensure cGMP compliance of manufacturing plants & all time readiness for internal and external audits.
19.Responsible for preparation of documents of OHSAS 18001:2007
20.To carry out additional responsibilities assigned by Head Quality Assurance.
