Job Description

1. To ensure the compliance of Good Laboratory Practices at Inhaler and Foam facility and all time readiness for internal and external audits.

2. Planning and execution of the Raw material and Packing material analysis reports.

3. Responsible to release RM and PM timely.

4. Responsible for preparation, review and revision of Standard operating procedure prepared at site.

5. Responsible for investigation of OOS, OOT, Incident, LER in the Laboratory.

6. Review of calibration report of instruments in Inhaler and Foam facility.

7. Review of Quality control documents and chromatographic sample sets.

8. To handle QMS related activities like LER, incident, change control, deviation, OOS, OOT and CAPA through SAP to initiate, review and implementation.

9. Responsible for internal audit activities carried out as per schedule and compliance.

10. To coordinate with QA, store, production for QC related documentation requirement.

11. To train the QC person for trouble shooting of instruments like HPLC, UV, FITR, KF, GC etc.

12. Responsible to prepare new project and new method in Empower 3 software.

13. Handling and imparting training to concern personnel on revised or newly introduced procedure of inhaler and foam facility and to train the newly joined analyst in inhaler and foam facility.

14. Ensure the GLP and GMP following in the quality control area and check the compliance of regulatory norms and regulations within quality control.

15. To coordinate with CFT team regarding investigation and implementation activities for incident CAPA and OOS.

16. To perform GMP activities like initiation, review and Approval of QMS documents in SAP system

17. To prepare various documents as per requirement in M.S. office.

18. To operate and maintain the computerized system attached with analytical instrument like Empower, UV win lab ,FTIR , KF etc.

19. Responsible for the analysis planning and release of stability sample

20. Responsible to provide the HOD comment and approval
