Job Description

1.Verification of the internal audit compliance response and implementation.

2.Communicate with audit compliances group associated with various departments as QA, QC, Production and engineering warehouse.

3.Assist Head quality assurance for preparation of the compliance report for internal and external regulatory bodies.

4.Preparation and review of the quality assurance procedures and system SOP s.

5.Perform online and authentic documentation of process/data/ information & follow cGMP practices.

6.Preparation, review, and control of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited.

7.Responsible to attend the training sessions as per schedule (TNI) or un-schedule training sessions.

8.Evaluate, monitor and perform qualification, validation, revalidation activities at the site and periodic evaluation of equipment and area

9.Prepare and execute Stability protocols

10.Maintenance of Stability Chambers / Ovens.

11.Sample charging, withdrawal & destruction of samples for Stability Studies.

12.Monitor the temperature and humidity condition of the Chambers.

13.To perform and verify the SAP related activities as authorization provided in SAP.

14.IT Applications: Usage of QMS related T. Codes in SAP, Open Text, MS Office, Acrobat Reader, Departmental Drive, Skype, Outlook, GENESIS, HR Portal, ASPIRE Learning Management System, Trackwise and Internet.

15.Maintain Environment, Health and Safety system as per ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018.

16.Any other responsibility assigned by Department Head

There's no work life balance you have to work 12 hrs shift for 2 days every week and rest in 8 hrs, if you are experienced individual joining from another company they don't give u proper training in area they just think the new guy should know everything. Lastly the canteen is pvt. you have to pay minimum 50 still you don't get quality food.
