Only Salary comes on time. Nothing good to mention. Every single day, you will have new order, new update with no background. It is single application they are working since many years and it is still not working properly. Reason is they are adamant and not ready to accept any suggestions.

Dislikes

CTO is playing all the game. He want to be a King and will not allow anyone to make single change to existing work style. He comes in office in the noon, spends couple of hours with HR and then goes out. No positive work atmosphere. If you start talking about progress, promotion, suggestions; CTO will make you silent (by hook, by crook).

I like company HR who is updating 5 star false reviews on almost every job portal. CTO works like a Boss without caring anyone. If you are a female or somehow manage to be in his good book then company will be heaven for you. Full of politics and No work. Thanks to CTO for doing nothing.

Dislikes

Pathetic HR, Rude CTO, No policies, work happens without any defined processes. You can't laugh or talk with other team members. If you do so, your seating arrangement will be changed without giving any reason/hint. You can't speak with Seniors and nobody is there to listen. Worst place to Work. Don't ruin your career please.

It is a product based firm (ERP for school). Company provides transport but it is of no value because generally bus leaves the company after 7 or 7:30 PM, almost 1 or 1:30 hours late after working timings (which is 6 PM), So after some days you may feel coming to office by your own vehicle. Sometimes you have to work on sundays as well because of work pressure.

Poor or I must say egoistic management. No Flexible timings. Saturday working. Constant threats of termination. Low Job Security. No additional perks. Long working hours throughout the week, so no work-life balance. Cafeteria is available but you cannot use it. Negativity all around. Employees are frustrated. Leads/managers are not polite.
