Dislikes

First thing is work pressure. Being a small organization with a limitedd team size, little more work pressure is inevitable. The second thing is salary below expectaions. And the third thing is, though the environment for skill development is set right, you have to help yourselves as there are no special trainers. Only help you can get is the real time experience from your colleagues.
