Senior Management is literally diplomatic now a days & not concerned about the growth of others. No transparency any more as using employees as per their convenience. Overall rating has gone down & increment system has gone drastically. No onshore movements or visits any more.

Genpact is a great company to begin your career. There is one side cab facility but that is also chargeable at a nominal rate. 3 days working from office. You may get enough rewards and due promotions if you are deserving.

Dislikes

No extra benefits and perks you may get. Company doesn't spend on its employees. No bigger celebrations. You may not receive required support from HR post resuming work from Maternity leave. One has to try at their end to look for an opportunity.

Work culture is extremely autocratic. Leadership works in the way they want and uses their power just to showcase their position. Infact, it would be demeaning to call them Leaders, as they do not believe in nurturing people, rather they act like Bosses, micromanaging everyone and always favouring their favourite people who actually do a Yes-man job.

I like the work culture that's praticed at Genpact is very good, the respect & the exposure which a bigner gets in Genpact is very good. The bondage between the Leaders and the joiner team members is very good. The training which is provided to all the team members for different areas of work is very good. There is no dislike, which I found still now, The only dislike I have about Genpact is they did not give any further chance to the person who lost the Job due to getting illl when I went on OJT, I still request the Genpact Team to provideme opportunity to serve Genpact again.

-Just 1 lakh insurance you would get ,and parents not covered, very pathetic than any CRM level 2 company.. -No night shift allowance -Paid cab for only one way -Horrible food and less options in cafeteria. A cafeteria without a single fruit juice counter for a 10 floor office -Mandate work from office -Heavy load in terms of work. You end up doing 2 people work -There is internal mandate skill development programme literally harming your career. It was amazing company as it provides growth and good salary

1 side cab only without ac and it provide shuttle from 1 side from metro station in summers shuttle that also do not have ac and the process was not at good totally biased they had hired candidate just for firing them on basis of gender if she is a female they will put you on bench and ask to leave after 3 months. No job security in this.

There is no food and only one way cab transport facility no other benefits they won't give paid leaves which are ours to take and ask a reason for every leave and ask of medical documents for each and every day of leave taken by you and Genpact deducts the Provident fund double the amount from the employees salary I say never join here otherwise you will be stuck in here and won't get growth in the life pays us even cheaper than a labour and treat us like a labour never respects our work there is no appreciation in the Genpact and yearly increment is like 7 out of 100 I hope you understand this because it's a compliance to share confidential things right!...Read More

For young generation Genpact is best platform for skill development, it used to provide Graduate degree from reputed institute, I think that has been suspended now. but still through their Genome platform its very good for young ones to skill up

Shockingly, Islamophobia is real at Genpact !!! From junior colleagues to senior leadership, most are plagued by the virus of Islamophobia. Abusing Muslim colleague and generalizing Islam using derogatory names are common practices. I had to quit this company due to such toxic culture which evolved lately. I was shocked to see manager, deep inside was filled with such hate for other community that it impacted me deeply, couple of time I confronted but everytime it cost me.
