Genpact is a great company to begin your career. There is one side cab facility but that is also chargeable at a nominal rate. 3 days working from office. You may get enough rewards and due promotions if you are deserving.
No extra benefits and perks you may get. Company doesn't spend on its employees. No bigger celebrations. You may not receive required support from HR post resuming work from Maternity leave. One has to try at their end to look for an opportunity.

I like the work culture that's praticed at Genpact is very good, the respect & the exposure which a bigner gets in Genpact is very good. It was amazing company as it provides growth and good salary
1 side cab only without ac and it provide shuttle from 1 side from metro station in summers shuttle that also do not have ac and the process was not at good totally biased they had hired candidate just for firing them on basis of gender if she is a female they will put you on bench and ask to leave after 3 months. No job security in this.

Shockingly, Islamophobia is real at Genpact !!! From junior colleagues to senior leadership, most are plagued by the virus of Islamophobia. Abusing Muslim colleague and generalizing Islam using derogatory names are common practices. I had to quit this company due to such toxic culture which evolved lately.
