I have 12 years experience in Genpact but there is no benefit only has brand name other all things are very bad. In terms of paying very less as compared other MNC Note That all from my side with experience but maybe in other process in Genpact very good.

Working with genpact is totally a feel of government job, as they offer full job security. Perks and benefits are also outstanding. Environment within genpact is very healthy and all the management right from bottom to top are very helpful and supportive.

No proper or quick response from HR .. worst support system.. No proper project training but they expect to learn asap and get into handson. No proper facility to employees like say no proper cab facility, cafeteria food etc..

It's a good company. It's has may benefits and work-life balance was nice. I recommend Genpact to others as it is very good when it comes to salary appraisal. Overall it's a good company to work.

What I dislike is as a fresher i feeling like not joining it. For experience genpact is nice company to choose but for a fresher, I felt its not a right choice according to my opinion problems that I faced in Genpact as a fresher.

-Just 1 lakh insurance you would get ,and parents not covered, very pathetic than any CRM level 2 company.. -No night shift allowance -Paid cab for only one way -Horrible food and less options in cafeteria. A cafeteria without a single fruit juice counter for a 10 floor office -Mandate work from office -Heavy load in terms of work. You end up doing 2 people work -There is internal mandate skill development programme literally harming your career. 1) Salary. 2) Politics for this salary also. I want to give 1 suggestion - Many people in this organisation suffering with Poverty. I can't able to see their faces also. Their faces and dressing style was very poor and dull. Because of this low package I put paper in Genpact after completing my 5 months. I started searching in other companies after completing my 3 months of experience here.

Always having security of the job job because because they have multiple process so if any process or team get ramp down then they adjust the bench employee first.

Transportation. They don't provide AC cab in the summer which is very hectic in the summer. It is very tough to commute office without having Ac in the can ( Specially in the summer)
