Senior Management is literally diplomatic now a days & not concerned about the growth of others. No transparency any more as using employees as per their convenience. Overall rating has gone down & increment system has gone drastically. No onshore movements or visits any more.

Genpact is a great company to begin your career. There is one side cab facility but that is also chargeable at a nominal rate. 3 days working from office. You may get enough rewards and due promotions if you are deserving.

Dislikes

No extra benefits and perks you may get. Company doesn't spend on its employees. No bigger celebrations. You may not receive required support from HR post resuming work from Maternity leave. One has to try at their end to look for an opportunity.

Worst leadership. They are all friends and schoolmates etc supporting and cover each other's back and incompetence. Money is for avp and above and if you are a friend of anyone from the gang of leaders. You cannot survive here by just working you need to cajoule the leadership and be fake. I like the work culture that's praticed at Genpact is very good, the respect & the exposure which a bigner gets in Genpact is very good. The bondage between the Leaders and the joiner team members is very good. The training which is provided to all the team members for different areas of work is very good. There is no dislike, which I found still now, The only dislike I have about Genpact is they did not give any further chance to the person who lost the Job due to getting illl when I went on OJT, I still request the Genpact Team to provideme opportunity to serve Genpact again.

This company is only good for people who don't want to get out of their comfort zone and want no progress on their life. Absolutely pathetic management. They don't take work seriously and keep avoiding employees until an escalation comes from client. They don't get rid of low performing employees and don't take strong action againstthem because of which people don't get fired and stick to the same organisation without having any career growth. Salary hikes is meagre and promotions are very biased. They install a tool in the system which records how much time you move your mouse and they don't care about productivity and efficiency of the employee. There is no proper transport facility. Cab services are one-way and chargeable and non-AC cabs are not provided. There is no cafeteria in every Genpact building and the common cafeteria is too small and there are lack of options. They don't provide any sweets or gifts during any special occasion and no office party or team engagement activities are held. People work like robots in a monotonous manner. The tools are outdated and you need to apply for attendance on a daily basis, with no option to rectify, failing to do so will deduct your earned leave. 1) Salary. 2) Politics for this salary also. I want to give 1 suggestion - Many people in this organisation suffering with Poverty. I can't able to see their faces also. Their faces and dressing style was very poor and dull. Because of this low package I put paper in Genpact after completing my 5 months. I started searching in other companies after completing my 3 months of experience here.

Always having security of the job job because because they have multiple process so if any process or team get ramp down then they adjust the bench employee first.

Transportation. They don't provide AC cab in the summer which is very hectic in the summer. It is very tough to commute office without having Ac in the can ( Specially in the summer)
