Diversity is the most important factor which is being followed rigorously.

Senior Management is literally diplomatic now a days & not concerned about the growth of others. No transparency any more as using employees as per their convenience. Overall rating has gone down & increment system has gone drastically. No onshore movements or visits any more.

Genpact is a great company to begin your career. There is one side cab facility but that is also chargeable at a nominal rate. 3 days working from office. You may get enough rewards and due promotions if you are deserving.

Dislikes

No extra benefits and perks you may get. Company doesn't spend on its employees. No bigger celebrations. You may not receive required support from HR post resuming work from Maternity leave. One has to try at their end to look for an opportunity.

Worst leadership. They are all friends and schoolmates etc supporting and cover each other's back and incompetence. Money is for avp and above and if you are a friend of anyone from the gang of leaders. You cannot survive here by just working you need to cajoule the leadership and be fake. Compensation and Benefits are the the worst in Genpact. Plus there is no defined criteria for promotion. Some people get promoted in no time, while others have to struggle for years.

I like the work culture that's praticed at Genpact is very good, the respect & the exposure which a bigner gets in Genpact is very good. The bondage between the Leaders and the joiner team members is very good. The training which is provided to all the team members for different areas of work is very good. There is no dislike, which I found still now, The only dislike I have about Genpact is they did not give any further chance to the person who lost the Job due to getting illl when I went on OJT, I still request the Genpact Team to provideme opportunity to serve Genpact again.

Style or culture the way a feedback is cascaded or passed on from the leadership to their subordinates. Don’t have company transport pick up facilities and to make company cabs available at all level irrespective whether employee belongs to executive leadership or non

Company Culture is good but when it comes to Project part sometimes management need to be flexible. But for skill development and learning it is good.

It is about the salary and promotions. The appraisal is too low and the benefits are not much. There is no night shift compensation. Cab charges are also applicable

No knowledge training. Manager ask you questions since day 1 as he himself doesn’t know the answer. You are required to work on deathbed. Hr is corrupt, senior management is corrupt. Don’t waste your time in such a punny company. No knowledge gain. No salary increment. They will put you on bench within one year. And notice period is of three months. You are chained to death.

Firstly, I like the diversity of clients which Genpact work and deliver as a BPO and secondly, it's job security where the employees can choose to work and move within the organisation with the help of IJP.

Hold Privacy - Need to secure Employees feedback and HR or Mgmt should highlight the issues without naming the employee name. It may spoil the Performance ratings, Annual appraisal and even promotion of that employee.

This company is only good for people who don't want to get out of their comfort zone and want no progress on their life. Absolutely pathetic management. They don't take work seriously and keep avoiding employees until an escalation comes from client. They don't get rid of low performing employees and don't take strong action againstthem because of which people don't get fired and stick to the same organisation without having any career growth. Salary hikes is meagre and promotions are very biased. They install a tool in the system which records how much time you move your mouse and they don't care about productivity and efficiency of the employee. There is no proper transport facility. Cab services are one-way and chargeable and non-AC cabs are not provided. There is no cafeteria in every Genpact building and the common cafeteria is too small and there are lack of options. They don't provide any sweets or gifts during any special occasion and no office party or team engagement activities are held. People work like robots in a monotonous manner. The tools are outdated and you need to apply for attendance on a daily basis, with no option to rectify, failing to do so will deduct your earned leave. Depending on your projects, either you work too much or you don't work at all, if you work too much you get an annual appraisal of 4.3% - 7 percent max If you work too little you get 0-4.3%

1) Salary. 2) Politics for this salary also. I want to give 1 suggestion - Many people in this organisation suffering with Poverty. I can't able to see their faces also. Their faces and dressing style was very poor and dull. Because of this low package I put paper in Genpact after completing my 5 months. I started searching in other companies after completing my 3 months of experience here.
