I have 12 years experience in Genpact but there is no benefit only has brand name other all things are very bad. In terms of paying very less as compared other MNC Note That all from my side with experience but maybe in other process in Genpact very good.

Worst leadership. They are all friends and schoolmates etc supporting and cover each other's back and incompetence. Money is for avp and above and if you are a friend of anyone from the gang of leaders. You cannot survive here by just working you need to cajoule the leadership and be fake. Working with genpact is totally a feel of government job, as they offer full job security. Perks and benefits are also outstanding. Environment within genpact is very healthy and all the management right from bottom to top are very helpful and supportive.

It was good experience but the thing is when you are working hard and not getting appreciated and other people do politics for you then it's really tough to work there.

The management is not good when you work hard and best they never appreciate those people and they appreciate only those people who follow there orders and working for them but the person who is giving his complete dedication he is not able to get any support for future and not get any support for promotion as well. That's why I am not happy when I have spend my 2 years there.

For younger generation Genpact is best organization for skill development, It used to provide graduate degree from reputed institute , I think that has been suspended now. But still through their Genome platform Genpact offers up to date courses and training which young generation can benefit.

Shockingly, Islamophobia is real at Genpact!!! Office politics have ruined this company's reputation. From junior colleagues to senior leadership, most the plagued by the virus of Islamophobia. Abusing name calling Muslim colleague and generalizing Islam using derogatory names are common practices at Genpact. I had to quit this company due to such toxic culture which evolved over the time. I was shocked to see manager, deep inside was filled with such hate for other community that it impacted me deeply, couple of times I confronted but every time it cost me. There is NO point escalating a complaint to seniors or HR as these people back each others- Business matters. This often left employees without a reliable way to return home safely after work. Restricted Access to Personal Devices: The policy prohibiting personal phones in the workplace limited communication opportunities and posed challenges in emergency situations, where being reachable was crucial. Food and Canteen Services: The canteen facilities were not operational during night shifts, despite clear recognition that many employees worked during those hours. This lack of support for staff working late may have affected employee morale and well-being. High-Pressure Environment: Employees frequently experienced pressure to meet cold-calling targets, sometimes receiving calls from team leaders during lunch breaks, which disrupted personal time and contributed to stress.
