Bad hike cycle. Work will be appreciated but there isn't any reward for the same. Manager got no power over your promotion or hike and it's fixed hike formula is such that you won't get more than 7%.

I like the work culture is friendly but there are many loopholes that can make it better.

The work culture over here involves lot of office politics, management could not able to handle the team sometimes, no additional benefits for working over shifts and no proper appreciation at year end

Very bad atmosphere, toxic environment, senior management just wanted to save their shits, played favortism, many employees working with fear of being jobless, un-necessary pressure on AM, M MT etc. saley annual incement is lower than inflation rate, ex
