Promotions are not tied up to performance rather it's tied up to tenure. Very low CTC compared to industry avg. Even after highest rating, you will end up with single digit increament.

My experience with Genpact was a mixed bag. while the organization has its strength, there are certain aspects that could use improvement. One major challenge was the lack of openness to new ideas, Even if you have innovative suggestions, there's an unspoken rule to simply follow what your boss says, which can stifle your creativity and professional growth. Additionally, there seemed to be noticeable favouritism within the team. You don't get easily fired even if your business ramps down. You can join a new project with the help of Talent Management.

Dislikes

They don't provide increments as per markets. People ingrown will not be given good hikes vs poeple hired from outside with less experience on higher salaries disappoint in grown people with similar skills.

There are moderate growth opportunities in this Organizations.Work pressure is normal depending on your process.Hrbrid shift timings. If you have pending work, you can complete it any time before its deadlines. Sometimes organization throws parties for their employees which is privilege for us. Office is located nearby metro; that's why it is easy for us to commute.

Dislikes

Salary hike is horrible, hardly 4 to 5% annually There is not much learning. Again, it is depending on your process. Monotonous work. It will be difficult for you to acquire new skill set. Manager is not very supportive and will not guide you. You are on your own. If you try to switch your process, you might be in great trouble i.e if you don't get a new process on time, you might lose your job.

Mostly seniors of Genpact who do not like you if you are better then them and than they will spread rumour to destroy your Personality and they will not support you to get promotion also.

Style or culture the way a feedback is cascaded or passed on from the leadership to their subordinates. Don’t have company transport pick up facilities and to make company cabs available at all level irrespective whether employee belongs to executive leadership or non

Company Culture is good but when it comes to Project part sometimes management need to be flexible. But for skill development and learning it is good.

It is about the salary and promotions. The appraisal is too low and the benefits are not much. There is no night shift compensation. Cab charges are also applicable
