Genpact is good company to work with long term plans. Genpact has many opportunities and carrier growth options. In COVID-19, Genpact has allowed us to work from home and supporting as much as can do.. Overall happy with support provided by Genpact

Dislikes

1. In some point of time I felt favouritism in team, therefore recognised some who doesn’t deserve. 2. In some point of time, higher management doesn’t care employees while talking decisions.. many time employees faces problems but they proceed with flow (e.g Couple of year back moved to new Under construction building)

Salary packages are much lower then market, false commitments by the management to retain the employees, hard working and good employees are not recognised unless they resign from the company.
