Those who keep quiet and work hard are not appreciated. Due to lack of experience of life, seniors feel that job is a race, while they do not have the experience to livethe needs of job, money, work. 1. The only motivating thing was that management arrange parties on some occasions 2. Credit of Salary on 1st of every month 3. Now a days got to know that out of 4 Saturdays in a month,they work on only one Saturday. Earlier it was alternate Saturdays off.
