I have been an employee here over last 8 years..its a women friendly work environment. Products are world class & of high demands so our job never ends. We are satisfied with the kind of work we do. Still we seek some better learning & hands on training sessions as well for more practical knowledge & improvise problem solving skills. During Covid company has provided all sorts of supports. Provided work from home facility, sufficient masks, sanitizers, every employee was instructed well about the new Normal and keeping physical distance. One major drawback is Salary structure of every employee irrespective of same level is different & they are not justified.

Very few employee who joined GEA Westfalia Separator India Pvt Ltd before 2013 enjoying their life, otherwise after that it become hell to work.
