Work-life balance is incredible as they don't even know what they are doing apart from scamming poor people like us who are searching for a job, to support their needs and the customers who are buying their so-called 'Automobile Service Subscription'.

Dislikes

-Scam -Registered as LLP, under the Construction Industry while they are providing service in the automobile industry. -NO partner service or repair workshops, which they cover by calling the required shop and simply putting in a request for a service or repair just like any of us would do. -Using WFH as a lure to get people to sign up for their probation period (which requires to 2 no. of sales to clear, which any guy would think of paying up from his pocket to cover back the same from next month's salary, only to find out that they have been scammed, also they are working for the scammers -They start calling you 20 times a day for updates only if you revert them with some kind of hanging yes from the client. -Hired me with a promise of the team to lead to generate indirect sales, which literally changes the moment you make a sale or two. On the first working day, they train you on your probation clause and how to hire more people in the organization, no matter which department you signed up for - HR (Human Resource), TL (Team Lead Sales), or BDA (Business Development Associate)....Read More
