I have learned lots of things for fabrication field, I,m handle two projects at same time so i know how to handle the project & welding knowledge heat treatment process, daily allocate the load from worker,s daily organize the PDI meeting for worker, s ,daily update safety & 5s check sheet,mentioned the 5s from shop floor, weekly update PQVC ,
