Too much people dependent process. Very less automation opportunities. High manual efforts. Poor career progress. Lack of learning opportunities. Luck of job security. Old school tools and techniques. Poor work life balance. Compromising on employees health and values to achieve targets and gross margin. Lack of recognitions. High employee utilisation with low pay scale. Shared service model focused on cost cutting that readily compromises on employee health. Poor workforce management. Attrition rate always ranging from medium to high. Falling to follow and implement policies. Poor work environment that lacking basic necessities like frequently failing air conditioners, internet, food higiene, rest room sanitation etc,. No proper workspace. Lack cultural or fun events.
