Only good thing is working life balance.

Very worst in handling the resource wantedly providing low rating during the appraisal and evicting them from the project. HR used to welcome us with red carpet while onboarding whereas when we are about to resign the job they will not treat you as a human, not all HR's but some of them are like this only. As if we don't have any other job they will make us to run behind during exit process.

Upskilling can be improved by bringing in more educational support for benched employees. Internal job opportunities should be implemented and encouraged. Customer is important but at the same time employee should be too. Management should back employees at tough situation or escalations

No Job Security at all. We can't predict when they will releive us from project and HR will forcefully asks us to resign from the company.

After working for many years and Even you are a good skilled person, if you are not in project HR will torture you to put resignation.

HR behaviour is not good... toxic team leader Kumaresan N and his manager Raja S ...Raja S is the guy who spoiled many employees career and he never gave opportunity to the right person...He always used to recruit their family members and his friends...Internal team politics, he is very talented in lie.
