I really like working in Gaurish Technologies Pvt Ltd, Teammates & Boss behavior is good, I Learned so many new skills and got a chance for same by the company as well. So Overall It's really a good place to work. -- Deepak Goswami

Dislikes

Nothing as such, but few things where I think there is the scope of improvement like : Project Bonus. PPF or Any other employee security or health insurance fund system. Job Security

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
