During my six-month tenure, the salary was consistently delayed. There was noticeable favoritism; employees deemed more valuable were paid on time, while others faced delays. The owner lacked professional ethics, often dismissing employees without notice if they were not immediately useful. This created a high-pressure environment, disrupting work-life balance by contacting employees outside of working hours.
