Thing which like at time of joining they are sweet as if no other company is has good work culture than them. But after joining they show there other side which is illtollarable.

Dislikes

1. Company don't provide any offer letter nor Joining letter. They say first join they provide you at time of joining but once you join they ignore you as-if you are nothing to them. 2. This owner oriented company, owner whenever feel throws out there employees and no documents is given. Also they fire you for any reason. 3. Salary 1st of all don't have fix date sometime it come on 1st week very rarely when we festival around,otherwise it get deleyed to till last week always of next month. 4. However you work hard for reason there is only 3 people whome Boss will hear and take decision and hold salary for any reason. 5. They never give FULL and FINAL SETTLEMENT to employees rather they deduct unnecessary from last month salary saying of losses done by us. 6. They Don't provide any experience letter nor relieveing letter at time resignation though you complete your Notice period. 7. No work life balance as entry time is fix 8am. 10sec late you have call director of company for entry but at time leaving company 4:30pm at evening no time limit it can 6pm to 8pm as company owner and thise 3 people whome Director of company trust....Read More
