Work place politics, no work ethics, they terminate employees without any reason, ask female staff to work late nights, no SOPs, no professionalism, managment is very very rude. I hope one day this company will be disappear soon, no tea/coffee for employees, even no pantry or canteen where you can enjoy your lunch, they have hired their relatives who pass each and every activities of the employee to the company owners etc...Read More

Ganga is a new but prominent name in the Real Estate sector. Organisation is very good and take care of its employees. Besides salaries on time employees enjoy other benefits like Mediclaim Policy, time off from work, extra curricular activities, parties and fitness activities etc. Overall a good set up.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
