This is not a company but a group of contractors who make false promises to the employees and make them join and then change the policy later. After that you are left with nothing.

There is no provision for weekly off. Salary is not given on time and sometimes it is deducted separately. Expenses are never given on time and employees of any profile are asked to do any work.
