I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Working at Galaxy is more than that of a bonus package because there i got the overriding power for leadership , management and professional experience in Finance , HR and in Logistics in vast sense so excellent chance for a beginner like me when i was joined in 2015.
