Getting salaries in time, no work pressure, employe benifits are good, job security is there if we can say YES for all and team work only in ground levels

NO team work, poor communication between internal dept. No descipline on Management staff, poor leadership, no motivation, poor communication from management staff to ground levels, no targets, selfish of dept. Heads, no goals for company future, priority on individual benefits and no reviews

Also I will try my level best. All-day extra duty was done by me but but manager is not satisfied. After finished your work you can left the place.
