Professional in terms of job security and salary on time even in covid times. Work culture is relaxed and colleagues are friendly and helpful. Get to learn a lot of things right from project handling to execution on site, very important at junior level.

Dislikes

The salary offered is way below market standard. After a point it is difficult to survive with such payscale. If they improve their pay grade and dont restrict themselves to projects within the city, this firm will be one of the best in the industry

Work Details

As it is a small firm, you get to learn everything from scratch. The very fact that its environment is really friendly and not toxic helps. Overall it is a good office if you really want a hands-on experience with real-time projects and execution.
