My experience at Homelane had its highs and lows. While the company offers a fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn, the work-life balance is poor, and there is significant pressure to take on more work continuously. Promotions are based more on tenure than merit, which can be discouraging for high performers. Additionally, senior management tends to compare employees instead of fostering a collaborative and supportive work culture. Pathetic work life balance, festival month becomes disaster as you have to work constantly for the whole month with only 2-3 week offs. Also, irrelevant pressure is constantly made on employees. If you have no personal life then you can think about working here. All you are expected to work like a donkey day and night to meet your targets, there is nothing to new to learn that will bring boost to your career. The manager Sumit Kumar is the worst . He doesn't know how to behave with his team members. He is very much flirty with the female employees and biased also. There is also posh on him Guys please don't join this company there is no growth over there . Employees only face harresement and threats from the upper management specially from Shivam Agarwal

Work culture very bad. Always forced by your manager to do work on your leave day's. Your manger will raised debite against you without your confirmation then your salary will deducted. After all out 5/5 performance they will realise that you are nothing , you didn't nothing . And i internal politics is very bad. They will never promote you after your good performance.very bad for designer ,sales, operations team . No leaves allowed even in festival or emergency .if you sales was not done properly then your leave will be cancelled and pressurise you for paper down....Read More

Review: I recently had a frustrating experience with the interview process here. Initially, the HR reached out, seemed very enthusiastic, and scheduled the first interview. The first round went just okay, mostly because the interviewer didn’t seem interested or prepared. Afterward, I was told there’d be a second round, but no details were provided about who it would be with. Eventually, they informed me that the next round was with a business manager. On the day of the second interview, the business manager arrived 15 minutes late and asked the usual “Why should I hire you?” questions. Following this, HR invited me to come for a walk-in interview, only to change plans yet again, saying they’d let me know after reviewing. Three days later, HR finally informed me that I wasn’t selected. The leaders in the Gujarat Market are not kind of people with whom we can work the leaders force us to do false sale and then they put everything on the sales champs and put unnecessary debits which harms the mental health of the sales champs and the overall enviornment is very suffocated here because of the leaders and not at all apositive enviornment to work with such leaders the sales manager transfers the order to another champ without any justification they ask for money The managers are not at all cooperative they do not care about champs personal life...Read More
