Office politics, Senior manager will not involve in escalations, Manager will threaten you that he will put PIP with any reason, They will hold the salary if you are not coming to the office when manager will call ( site supervisors has to work on site till 6 in the evening and all the way they have to travel to HSR just to update the project status, which it can be done online)

The best part about working in Decorpot was the colleagues who I have worked with and the leave options.

Dislikes

The management is the worst. They might randomly terminate you without provide prior notice if they feel that you're not performing good enough. This happened with two of my colleagues and even my Sales Manager was terminated on false grounds.
