Worst timings in Decorpot and mistakes done by MD Kanishk Agarwal and simply blaming and shouting on employees........ He works above 7 pm until we wait for he's permissions for work progress............ but salary package is poor

Dislikes

Office politics, Senior manager will not involve in escalations, Manager will threaten you that he will put PIP with any reason, They will hold the salary if you are not coming to the office when manager will call ( site supervisors has to work on site till 6 in the evening and all the way they have to travel to HSR just to update the project status, which it can be done online)
