Home lane policy good till 2019, 1.this time design process we took week' and 45 days for completion., now completion of project takes > 90 + days average., 2. don't know when MMT wants leave or availability of QC , previously both departments handle by one head , so alternative are available., If one MMT not available other one can attend., Like wise QC spot decision can be taken and it's one day program., Now it's time taking process. Mean while CX asking for change, and go on. 3.Management needs to think how Designer is responsible for execution., NPS rating should not be at the handover time., It has to be at 40%, like previous. 4.Now Hopefully designers ate declaring clients we are consultant only., It's always site team will tell clients there could be better design, ask for there NPS rating , so designers are loosing there income., 5. Policy like in one quarter close 5 leads or 25 lac then next quarter we will get benifit of 1%, if we have more than 3 projects AD use to support for drawings., This was speedy process. now god only knows what designers will get., And time for project takes. 6.Desiner needs refer clients and payment will be as per NPS rating ? Do we really needs to refer clients to Home lane? , 7. In the leader board there is clause every one has to take 20 meetings, but sales team don't want to give leads what DP has to do ? , 8. How many DP are there per show room, how many are actually active., At least there should be place for the DP to sit in show room., Like our Show room hardly 10 to 12 people can accommodate, hope it will suffice only for home lane staff., and too many managers also ., What about DP., Need to stand all the day? 9. If sales team wants to give leads only Platinum and Gold let Home lane hire them , it's more economical., There are too many policy changes happened and importance given to sales team., Sales is step one but home lane income is after 50% payment., This is important stage.. some how all success formula gone...Read More

I am one of the ex-employees at Homelane. I was Design partner for 3-4 months approximately. We have been told when Homelane announced the closure of DP program that all of us will be hired. Firstly, when DP program was going to be discontinued Homelane should not have hired candidates as DP. They hired Design Partners in the month of May and the DP program was discontinued in June. And no company takes such a big decision overnight, so obviously it was in the pipeline for months. The companies don't have any right to play with any candidate's time and future. If we are accepting a offer from you we have give up other opportunities because we thought Homelane was a good company to professionally commit to. But unfortunately, that's isn't the case. My interview was scheduled with one of the CM in Viman Nagar and without even asking any single technical question I have been rejected. This has happened with a lot of people. One of the candidate has not even given the interview and she received the rejection mail. And another one who had 3 rounds of interviews was later verbally communicated that your salary breakup will be given to you soon and later he also received a rejection. Treat designers as a use and throw alternative. Zero value for creativity. Under paid work. Unprofessional sales team with so much of politics and favouritism. Worst part is the in-house software with so many glitches.
