The brand image in market is excellent and pressure is tremendous. Have full responsibility of growth. Work culture is full responsibility of operation no matter what , but no authority for approvals . The management has all treads in hand. Have to be very cunning and careful as don't know when u get transfer. Performance is must and same is appreciated. But incentive is namesake. Mumbai is run by unorthodox mind which panicking and blame for failure to remove from job. Hence immense pressure on branch head. 24/7 to be connected. Approval takes too much delay to close a situation. Overall good place for experience and growth is difficult only to who are close to higher MGMT benefits....Read More

The pressure is good for performance but lack of support from management for approval is issue. Management doesn't take interest in ground reality only figures goals to achieve is important.
