In Fusion BPO, there are so many process. I've worked for one process & now I'm writing about this process. I've worked for 2 years and 10 months. But in this 2 years a single penny is not increased in salary. There is no increment. In case of promotion they will promote as per their priority. Some TL's are good there, but some aremore than worst. Some TL's behaviour is not good. They didn't want to take you leave as per your need. Now coming to the office timing. Office timing was 10-7pm. They wanted you to be in the office at sharp 10 am. But in case of logout they will not let you logout in sharp 7pm, they dragged the time to 8-8.30 pm.
