Fusion BPO is the worse BPO I worked with no job security. The managers are so biased to their Muslim employees. Especially the Oyo international process Manager Shirin Syed the worse manager I worked with. Salary never on time you will not get your incentives earn on time and also if you get the incentives then you won't the exact amount you earned, definitely you will get something deducted in it for no reason and you will be informed that you will get the remaining balance on next salary which will never happen. It's the story of every month. I worked in this BPO for 6 months and that was a waste of time....Read More

Behaviour of managers are not good at all .. There is no appreciation for real hard worker they only appreciate them who are favourite of them there is no growth... Salary is very poor. We are working hard each and every day but not getting that much salary. They only promote them who can adulate them apart from them all advisors are valueless......
