If you are late to office 1st time - Verbal Warning Late to office 2nd time - Warning letter Late to office 3rd time -Termination letter. Same thing for remaining absent/ Emergency leave. You have provide proof like Doctors certificate of taking any medical leave or emergency leave otherwise they will issue a Warning Letter and on 3rd instance Termination. You also need to sign agreement of these policies with them on First day of training. Its a Fintech Company so they don't allow mobile phones , pen and paper inside the office at your work desk . You need to keep them on silent and in locker. You are always being monitored on your behavior and the way you talk. Transport allowance of 2500/- per month will start after completion of training . Its a very strict company and they are too strict and fast forward with things. They dont trust employees .
