He is abusive and bully people , he gets away from everything as he is brother of Company Founder. Next level technical leaders like Engineering Mangers and IT manager are work very hard to keep thereBoss happy, they will do anything for that, including lie and betray the people. As Director is Racist, these mid level mangers are biased. One of my colleague was good developer contributor , because Director want to reduce the count one of Engineering Manger made it happen to keep the director happy.
