It was a good place to learn and implement in the project.

I'm not sure what happened to Full Creative, it use to be very good but now everything has been changed. There is pure racism between Indians vs Other country developers. People treat Indians like as if we don't know anything. Management agrees to dumb ideas when it comes from Non-Indian devs. In 2024, There were many unfortunate events like firing people without proper reason, targetting people and No proper bon voyage for the seniors like who contributed for 10 years to 20 years. Full had great values. Now it lost all of them. It is purely money minded. You will hear the word "cost cutting" atleast 5 times a day. He is abusive and bully people , he gets away from everything as he is brother of Company Founder. Next level technical leaders like Engineering Mangers and IT manager are work very hard to keep thereBoss happy, they will do anything for that, including lie and betray the people. Overall company culture is good, people is amazing here. You can learn and contribute as much as you can noone going to stop you.

But in terms of salary and benefits it's not good. Quite low would say as it is a product based company it should give more actually their expectations from employees is too high but salary is toooo low!

I don't remember what is good at then end of my tenure with FULL. Organisation put me through emotional toucher.

I don't know where to start. From my initial days training was managed by James, American he helped with fundamentals however he was not very helpful with many skill which I needed in my real day to day work. James was so out of the loop with rest of Engineering leaders, after the 3 months training I have been training again by mentor from the team where I deployed. - Work is very stressful. Most of the time we have been taken to guilt trip by Kevin another American . - During my interaction with Kevin I have faced lot passive aggression at times I have been abused by quoting my life style and background( I find this is insulting and racial profiling) - People from Business, Marketing team don't have clue what they want. They are good in chasing timelines. - My last few years with the organisation is nightmare. Product strategy mistakes are translated in to bugs and Engineering blamed for that. - There is no Strategic thinking, company founder is piece of _____ , he is just sweet talker and lier. No integrity from both of the Payne brothers. - When team start doubting the ability of management, both Payne brother put a real good show and manipulate the team. I have worked in FULL more than 5 years. My encounters with Senior management is very very bad. Director of the Indian operation is don't have clue what he is doing. He just run around with his laptop in office floor find someone to harass ( I have noticed this from internship period itself). He is the most in-secured person in theoffice. To keep himself safe he pick on people and call them with made up name , I don't know what makes him think that he can humiliate people on floor. He thinks he is funny people tolerate only because he is the boos. Company don't have any goals , when the Head of Engineering left most of the team in India lost hope on the company. Engineering Leadership and people engagement, technical leadership was great during Madhavan period. Now Half backed Director dictates bunch of heard. This is so sad state of technical orgnaization.
