He is abusive and bully people , he gets away from everything as he is brother of Company Founder. Next level technical leaders like Engineering Mangers and IT manager are work very hard to keep thereBoss happy, they will do anything for that, including lie and betray the people. The director of the company is very racist and abusive. I know he is learning about softwares and tech but still he will take decisions like he knows everything. Poor people surround him they get abused everyday. Better to avoid the company, no decent people. My friend left because she was harassed and I left for same reason. HR is waste in this company. Company itself waste of time.
