This is open feedback to Director Of Operations , Kevin P. I understand it is Company discretion to layoff team based on business outlook , have you really think you done with moral work ethic. What we gone through is lack of empathy , bullying , racist treatments, abuses , Insult team members on public forum it is not mature leadership. You pretend that you care about people as long I was with FULL I haven't seen you care only about your outlook and ego. My first few years with FULL is good under proper Engineering Leadership with Madhavan.

Terrible Indian Leadership that is Kevin. He is very abusive in words as well in his actions. Whenever he feel loosing control to cover his mistakes he just pick on people or silly issues and blow out of the proportion .In the end , it turned in to fiasco. Company don't have any clarity just people are waiting in canal to get slaughter house. Anyone who have rational mind should consider moving out....Read More

I have worked in FULL more than 5 years. My encounters with Senior management is very very bad. Director of the Indian operation is don't have clue what he is doing. He just run around with his laptop in office floor find someone to harass ( I have noticed this from internship period itself). He is the most in-secured person in theoffice. To keep himself safe he pick on people and call them with made up name , I don't know what makes him think that he can humiliate people on floor. He thinks he is funny people tolerate only because he is the boos. Company don't have any goals , when the Head of Engineering left most of the team in India lost hope on the company. Engineering Leadership and people engagement, technical leadership was great during Madhavan period. Now Half backed Director dictates bunch of heard. This is so sad state of technical orgnaization. There is no scope of growth. If you are in middle of your career do look after you don't trust any words from any of your managers it is fully fabricated....Read More

I'm not sure what happened to Full Creative, it use to be very good but now everything has been changed. There is pure racism between Indians vs Other country developers. People treat Indians like as if we don't know anything. Management agrees to dumb ideas when it comes from Non-Indian devs. In 2024, There were many unfortunate events like firing people without proper reason, targetting people and No proper bon voyage for the seniors like who contributed for 10 years to 20 years. Full had great values. Now it lost all of them. It is purely money minded. You will hear the word "cost cutting" atleast 5 times a day. Hectic working style, No planning what so ever from Key business stake holder. Indian Operation manager is very cruel he treats Indian teams very badly. Mistreat and humiliate people on the floor. He Covers his mistakes by making team member feel belittle by exaggerating minor things and pester , humiliate people. I never seen or hear micro manager like him in that position. Very bad Management , Indian Director is racist. He maintains double standards when it comes to UK, US, Poland team vs Indian Team. He is abusive and bully people , he gets away from everything as he is brother of Company Founder. Next level technical leaders like Engineering Mangers and IT manager are work very hard to keep thereBoss happy, they will do anything for that, including lie and betray the people. As Director is Racist, these mid level mangers are biased. One of my colleague was good developer contributor , because Director want to reduce the count one of Engineering Manger made it happen to keep the director happy.
